'SOCS' - web server with content & structure management

Brings dynamic content, flexible delivery and easy maintenance to your web site or intranet.

SOCS provides shared, secure, access to document archives, appointment diary, contacts and links and (coming soon) email lists. SOCS can notify an individual user when any of this data changes.

SOCS is for organisations, work groups, societies, action groups, clubs, movements, families...

A SOCS site is built by a website designer. No programming skills are needed.

SOCS supports multiple user groups, which allows a site designer to build a site which provides limitless degrees of access to different users.

Editors can be allowed simple 'text editing' rights, while managers and administrators can be granted more extensive rights - to move or create menus or redesign parts of the site, for example. All this is possible with no training since editing is performed using the site's 'normal' interface; no separate editing interface is needed.

User rights can be restricted to just some parts of the site, so that (for example) your sales team can update price information, but have no editing rights over the product information sections.

A SOCS server also allows a site designer to create powerful, interactive websites with content and structure management without knowing any HTML or web design applications at all.
